TrueLeague Winter 2024-25 Season: December 9th - 13th
TRUELEAGUE - WINTER NEWSLETTER:
We’re officially four weeks into the Winter season, and the energy in the gym is unmatched! With players settling into their roles, teams starting to gel, and skills developing across the board, the progress we’re seeing is nothing short of inspiring.
With a holiday break on the horizon, the goal will be keeping our sword sharp. Every athlete’s challenge is to get up 20 shots every day of the holiday break and get active for 30-45mins per day. We need to keep a growth mindset and continue building on that foundation and overcoming new challenges. Each drill, scrimmage, and game is a step forward on the path to becoming a better player—and person. Keep your focus on the journey, not just the destination.
