Itinerary 

Friday

• TEAM BONDING DINNER EVENT: PENDING. We are aiming for a 6-7pm start time. This is not confirmed yet. (Attendance for this event is highly encouraged but not mandatory for all families)

Saturday

• Games (8:00am-9:00pm)

• TEAM DINNERS/MEALS (Plan on having meals with your teams. We encourage athletes and families to also collaborate with other teams in the academy to build the family and create stronger bonds)

Sunday

• Games (8:00am-9:00pm)

• TEAM DINNERS/MEALS (Plan on having meals with your teams. We encourage athletes and families to also collaborate with other teams in the academy to build the family and create stronger bonds)

Monday

• Games conclude by 6:00 PM (Games can start as late as 5pm. Again, this is TBD)

Hotel

Deadline: You must book your hotel room(s) by Friday, January 3, 2025. After this time you will not get our discounted prices!

Contact: Our contact at the hotel is JEANETTE YOON and she can be reached at 714.867.5124 for any special requests/needs.  For example, if you want to arrive a day early or stay a date late, book your reservation online, then call the hotel so that they can make the desired adjustment to your reservation.

Book your rooms asap and let's make this an epic trip. General Hotel Details

After exploring many options and considering multiple factors with help from parents and regional hotel reps, Delta Hotels Anaheim Garden Grove aligns best with Team Esface's value of "togetherness" for out-of-town tournaments. This accommodation will allow the entire academy to stay together, which means strengthening the Esface family and creating memories on and off the court. The hotel is ~25 minutes from the main gym (Open Gym Premier), and situated in a metropolitan hub, which allows for exploring the chic nearby attractions. Garden Grove was a strategic choice as Anaheim is buzzing with Disneyland traffic and escalating summer prices.

Games begin on Saturday, Jan 18th as early as 8:00 a.m, and end on Monday, Jan 20th as late as 6:00 pm. Practice on Thursday, January 16th will still take place. Flights should be booked for Friday morning, so that athletes and families can be settled before 5:00 p.m AND attend the Academy dinner. Airport details are as follows.
