developing your body
Unlike many basketball clubs, our agenda is to make only fair and objective decisions about player/team selection. We have a “no athlete left behind” policy whereby if we recognize a deficit then we intervene to DEVELOP that player, so they’re more competitive amongst their peer group.
Given our Team Esface’s expertise is focused on Skills Training (not Physicality/Athleticism Training), we have partnered with local experts who focus exclusively on child and adolescent aged athletes making them more physically literate by developing abilities like vertical jumping, agility, explosiveness, basketball-specific endurance, injury prevention, etc. This neighboring business (walking distance from SportsHouse) has agreed to give us an EXCLUSIVE partnership with dedicated staff to serve only Team Esface players! No other basketball club in the entire bay area has access to this opportunity. MEANING, there is a limited number of training spots they’ve allocated to our club so please respond ASAP if you’d like to take advantage of this opportunity.
ACTION PLAN:
COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW if you are interested in joining this individualized and age-appropriate program we will connect you with Coach Sam and he will follow up with you.
There is no fixed day or time commitment to this. It's completely flexible logistically! It is designed to go hand in hand with basketball skills training.
Although this is not a required commitment we do expect those serious about athletic development and injury prevention to take advantage of this because we want our athletes to get better not only individually but also collectively as they compete with other basketball clubs in the region/state.
NOTICE: This service is ONLY offered to CURRENT Team Esface players who are playing with our academy. The Precision training experience is an added benefit that comes with the Team Esface experience. The Skills and Physical training go hand in hand.

“Athleticism is fundamental to any athlete’s success. One can learn the necessary sport skills, but if he/she does not have the foundational athleticism to implement those skills, there is a gap. At Precision, our son is learning proper body mechanics and movements that in turn allow him to maximize his strength, minimize injury and further develop as an athlete. His movements have become much more fluid and he can now make quick adjustments on the court. While there has been significant measurable growth in his agility and strength since starting at Precision, the qualitative jump in his confidence on the court has been even more palpable. The culture at Precision fosters a community that is committed to developing young athletes and they make it a fun place to be - there is truly a shared sense of working hard to bring out the best of each individual athlete.”
