what is THE TEAM ESFACE APP?
The Team Esface App is the all-in-one training app that provides a single hub for all team scheduling, communication and training that is instantly accessible from any device (iOS or Android).
Communication
The Team Esface App also gives players and parents the opportunity to communicate back and forth with their team or coach. You can communicate using SMS, Email or via an internal chat. Parents will have full visibility into their player’s communication through their own parent profile (that is attached to their player’s profile). Coaches will need to engage players / parents first, but after that you can communicate back and forth!
Player Training
One of the most exciting parts of the Team Esface App is the ability for coaches to assign homework to their team or individual players. This homework will consist of video and written tutorials that will help your player achieve their personal or team goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We are building an environment of accountability that can be shared between coaches and players with the end goal of achieving goals. With the inclusion of personal / team goals and leaderboards, players can accumulate points when they complete their assignments. Coaches and players can now see what assignments have been completed (or not).
Scheduling
Similar to TeamSnap, The Team Esface app provides scheduling for all your player’s programs. Whether it’s team-oriented or private coaching, you will receive a custom calendar for your player that includes all of their events along with automatic notifications as to when your player’s event is coming up. You can also see our academy calendar, so you don’t miss any important events!
